- Client work through Set To Stun and the Texas side of Barbed Wire Studios — mostly trades, commerce, and professional services.
- Family Worship, which is now past its 2.0 rewrite and free permanently. The current work is resisting every feature request that would turn it into a content platform.
- Ongoing design leadership across Appalachia Digital’s build pipeline.
Thinking about
- Whether an llms.txt does anything at all, or whether the visibility comes entirely from the ordinary crawl. I ship it. I do not bill for it as a strategy.
- How to price work whose value is the absence of a future rebuild.
- What a case study is for, if everyone already assumes the failures were edited out.
Preaching and writing
- Most weeks, at Redemption Ranch in North Zulch, Texas.
- Essays on craft, technology, and what happens to design work when execution stops being scarce.
Not doing
- Taking on more concurrent clients than I can personally review.
- Speculative work, brand refreshes without a positioning conversation first, or anything where the deliverable is a deck.
