02
Problem
AI consulting is a category where everybody sounds identical and nobody can prove anything before they start. A small advisory practice had no client logos, no case studies, and no permission to name the work it had done.
03
Insight
With no proof available, the only honest asset is a better diagnosis of the buyer’s problem. So the site argues that the buyer’s problem is the absence of a plan, then sells the plan as the entry product — a fixed, scoped assessment rather than an open-ended engagement.
04
Direction
Deep teal-navy with a single goldenrod accent and a geometric sans. Almost no imagery — the argument carries the page. Quiet, which suits an advisory sale and resists the category’s tendency toward gradients and circuitry.
05
Execution
A named flagship assessment product, a fractional-officer retainer, training with a plain-English usage policy, and fixed-scope implementation. One conversion path throughout. The interactive bottleneck selector is the one piece of real interaction on the page, and it earns its place by making an abstract saving concrete.
06
System
Statically generated. Notably missing a structured-data layer for a location-anchored professional services firm — a gap worth closing.
Named service products

Client outcome claims
None — by design
Observed in build
Every number on the site is either a cited industry statistic or a figure the page itself labels an illustrative estimate. No client outcomes, no testimonials, no logos. The site is evidence of positioning and copy craft, not of delivered results, and it is presented here as exactly that.
Reflection
Labelling your own ROI calculator as illustrative is a small act of integrity that most of this category will not perform. It costs a little conversion and buys the only thing an advisory practice actually sells.
